I love these footpads!
I've bought 2 boxes of these footpads annually for over a decade and usually do a detox at the Spring and Autumn Equinox. They are gentle yet very effective and I always have a really deep sleep when I use them ....... so they detox and heal the mind and emotions too!

More than a detox
I have been using these detox pads for a fortnight twice a year for about 10 years. I find them really effective. Not only do they support a cleansing diet but they are really balancing too. I get my best and most refreshing night's sleep when I use them so I am guessing that they balance the mind too
