Not received your parcel yet?
If you receive a notification saying your order has been delivered but it’s no where to be found then please check the tracking information we send through to you when your order gets dispatched! This is the fastest way to find out information about your order, including if its been delivered to a neighbor or there going to attempt delivery again the next working day!
This is also where you can divert your parcel to a pick up point if you know you aren’t going to be in when they are able to deliver!
Orders to the UK:
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day they are placed as long as they placed before 10am, after this time it’s likely your order will be dispatched the next day.
However we are a small business and during busier periods this may take a little bit longer!
When the order has been dispatched you should receive an email letting you know it’s on its way which will contain Tracking Information so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is and when it may be delivered.
If you pay for normal shipping, which is free for orders over £25, then your order should be with you in 2 – 3 working days from the time of dispatch. (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)
International Orders:
Orders placed to countries in the EU will be dispatched from our warehouse in the UK, because of this it may take a little bit longer for your order to get to you.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can keep an eye on it. Delivery times for international orders can take a lot longer, so it’s best to keep an eye on your tracking information for updates on when it may be delivered.
Orders placed to countries outside of the EU will be dispatched from our warehouse in the UK, delivery times can vary, so keeping an eye on your tracking information is the easiest way to get updates on the location and estimated delivery date for your parcel!
Countries we can’t currently ship too:
Unfortunately we can’t currently ship any orders to the United States, this is something we are looking into so watch this space for an update for US orders!
If your country isn’t an option when putting your address in at the basket, please contact us at sales@crystalspring.co.uk There are a number of countries we don’t ship too due to the high shipping costs, and this list can change regularly, however we do have a number of distributors across Europe that we can put you in touch with!
